Return Policy:
Who is eligible for return?
If you receive a product and you’re not satisfied with the size, color, or design, you have the right to return it; meanwhile, you are expected to ensure that the product remains in its original condition, tags intact, with no damage, stains, or alteration.
We suggest that our customers check our measurement and size guide carefully before ordering. For a more fitting order, we also offer customization. Not that in case of a wrong size selection by the customer, we do not accept returns. However, the returns are entertained if there is an exchange requested by the customer with the shipping fee covered by the customer.
Return Policy Terms and Conditions
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only valid within 30 days after receipt of goods.
- The item must be unworn, not washed, and with tags still attached, in its original packaging.
- Custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Stained, cut, or altered products will not be accepted.
- Shipping costs on returns are paid by the customer.
- A trackable courier service must be used for all returns, and the tracking number must be shared with our customer service team.
- Returns should be shipped to the same warehouse to which a product was shipped from.
Exchange Policy:
If the product you received has issues with regard to size, color, or is simply the wrong item, you can exchange it by writing to sales@jacketaim.com. Mention the issue, and our team will guide you through.
Exchange Terms and Conditions:
- The product should be returned to us in the same original condition in which it was sent.
- Exchange on custom orders is not allowed.
- The cost of shipping the product back to us is borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are processed free of cost (excluding customs charges).
- Once we have the item processed and checked, we will deliver the exchange within 15 working days.
Refund Policy:
You are eligible to get a refund if your delivered product is defective as indicated by incorrect size, wrong color, or defective condition. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Terms and Conditions of Refund Policy:
- Refund requests are allowed up to 30 days from delivery.
- Within 3 working days from the inspection and approval, the refund process will be initiated.
- A refund is made within 5–14 banking days. Time for processing may take more depending on the bank of a customer.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Within 24 hours of placing an order, cancellations can be done completely refundable.
- After 24 hours of making the order, 30% will be deducted.
- If cancellation is done within 3 days of shipping, 50% amount will be deducted.
- Once an order is sent out, it cannot be cancelled.
Restocking Fee:
Any return by a customer may be subject to a 10% restock fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
