Do We Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping. No matter in which part of the world you reside, you can take our products free of any shipping charges.
Estimated Delivery Time
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the type of product and whether any customization is required.
- Standard Orders: delivered within 8 to 10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, pay $25, and we’ll deliver your order in 6 to 8 business days.
- Customized Orders: These take more time to craft and will be delivered within 12 to 15 business days.
Important Points to Note:
- Orders placed after 1 PM are processed the next business day.
- We operate Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. Using the number, you can track your shipment.
- In case your courier puts your parcel on hold or fails to deliver, it’s your duty to contact the courier company.
- In case multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier might destroy the parcel. You are not liable to claim anything in such cases, as Jacket Aim cannot be held responsible for their behavior.

What to Do If You Receive a Damaged Parcel?
We take great care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days.

Duties and Taxes
We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Accordingly, the recipient may be liable for charges such as customs or import duties levied by the country of import.

- Some countries do not charge duties and taxes because we send our packages as gifts.
- Since customs policies differ, you should check the laws in your country.
- Prices for products do not include a local tax or import duty.
Important information on delivery
To avoid any problem with your order, please be aware of the following:
- Double check order details, such as the use of the correct name, address, and valid e-mail.
- For security, we will not ship to an APO, FPO, or PO Box address.
- If you order both standard and customized items, we may ship them separately. Customized may take longer to reach.
